History In 1856 piano maker Joachim Friedrich Schwarzlose opened his shop near Berlin's Gendarmenmarkt, and by 1869 it was a royal court supplier. Closed in 1976 and revived in 2012, the house still carries that history on every flacon in its JFS seal.
